Dennis Rhoades
Dennis Rhoades moved to Sedona in 1993 after 17+ years in the food service industry in Los Angeles. After building his first home in the Chapel area of Sedona, he relocated to an Historic Clarkdale home built in 1914. Dennis volunteered on Clarkdale's Design Review Board for proposed commercial projects concerning large development, new construction or renovation of existing and sometimes historical buildings. Dennis' hobbies include photography, hiking, fishing, computer repair, chess and blackjack. After winning the 2004 Cliff Castle Blackjack Tournament, he sometimes imagines playing on the professional circuit, but realizes he had better stick with real estate.
Dennis began his real estate career with a new home builder in the area in 1994, working as a sales associate, sales manager, and finally area manager during his tenure. New home sales and land acquisition became his major strengths during which he honed his 2-sided negotiating skills. Always working with his clients' best interests in mind, Dennis treats each transaction as if it were his own. After 11 years, he made the transition to general real estate working with both Buyers and Seller. Now that he has joined Drive Realty, he has begun to work paperless. This new technology not only expedites the whole real estate sales and purchase process by doing every part of the transaction electronically on line, including document signing, but also helps save our environment by eliminating paper, and someday eliminating the need to cut trees used in making paper.
